This document outlines the terms and conditions that govern your use of this website and other services agreed between The Lost Tribe Collective Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “The Lost Tribe”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “You”).
By using the website located at www.thelosttribe.com.au (hereinafter referred to as “Website”), you accept these terms and conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.
The Lost Tribe may vary these terms and conditions from time to time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the publication date of the revised terms and conditions on this website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are up to date with current version.
Unless agreed to in writing by both parties, your own terms and conditions will not be accepted.
You shall receive confirmation of your order from The Lost Tribe via e-mail. A contract is created only when payment has been successfully made.
The Lost Tribe may refuse, or impose special conditions upon, a supply, subject to giving reasons. The Lost Tribe shall not accept an order if the customers permanent or temporary address is not clearly established.
All item prices are GST inclusive. The contract price is the price at the exact moment the order is placed on the website. All items are exclusive of postage and handling costs. These are added at the check out, please refer to ‘Shipping and Returns Policy’ for more information.
If there is any typesetting, printing or programming error on the website, The Lost Tribe is not bound by the terms of its offer.
The Lost Tribe acts with the upmost care when processing orders. We reserve the right to refuse an order at any time. This may be due to the following examples but not limited to; the product being unavailable, payment authorisation not received, product information error, i.e. incorrect pricing. If there are any issues whilst processing your order The Lost Tribe will contact You.
All orders shall be delivered to the address provided by You at the checkout. Any extra costs related to import/customs tax are your responsibility. Please check your own countries policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for You.
The delivery times stated in the ‘Shipping & Returns Policy’ are an approximate time frame only. Accepted orders will be dispatched as set out in the ‘Shipping and Returns Policy’.

Payments are made by credit card and processed via Stripe or PayPal.
All payments must be made in agreement with the guidelines given on the pages of the Website.
